Experienced in Property Listings, Market Analysis, Property Searches, Selections, Offers to Purchase, Negotiations, and Timely and Trouble Free closings. Ed has lived and invested in several cities in multiple states and after an early retirement, relocated back to this area and continues to stay abreast of local real estate marketplace and trends that affect current and potential property owners to enable the highest quality service to his clients.Ed has been a member of the MetroLina Real Estate Investors Association, Georgia Real Estate Investors Association, and is a current member of the Knoxville Real Estate Investors Association, so he is also well versed in investment property as well. Ed holds a Bachelors of Science Degree and has several certifications thus being highly qualified to assist you in your real estate needs.
